I'd just like to say I have been talking to 2CO a bit, and they are changing it all around in a few weeks, thats why some of the stuff is broken, anyway, just my $0.02 - if you notice there is no TOS/AUP/PP on ther main site, you have to call and request a link to it. And on this form they sent me and got me to sign (a 'legal' doc) it says
"attach separate form is additional space required"
My last few transactions have _ALL_ been flagged as 'High risk' and such, but it seems once you give them your life story in stone they fix it, also, the last 2 deposits from my 2CO account have not made it to my bank account, not a dime... yet it is missing from my 2CO account.
And I guess they do not allow more than 5% refunds, so, if your gonna offer a money back, MAKE SURE THEY STAY! so far 2CO has boosted my reserve hold (cause there was more than %5 refunds) Not cause my customers were unhappy, for other reasons, I hope to stay with 2CO after I get all of this sorted out, all I know is all the money in my account in the last little bit I have not gotten...
