ya, the term "CHEAP" is in the eye of the beholder.

Some people view cheap as around $150-200

As people like ceonex.com see cheap as like $15,000 - $20,000

on WHT, cheap is prolly like $20 for a full custom website. It's ridiculous

WHT sees cheap as : "I will do this for teh leet hostingz reseller"
