Paysystems contact numbers
Does anybody have the contact numbers for Paysystems in Europe? They used to have their UK number on their site, but it's not there anymore.

Unfortunately there are no European numbers for customer service.
This number is available to international callers

Frankly I find their customer service to be lacking. I contacted them directly about a number of issues including the telephone number and they weren't in the least bit helpful.
They didn't even tell me that they had discontinued the European numberBlacknight

I agree there customer service is somewhat lacking, they don't reply to half of my emails and live support is useless because 99% of the time they can't answer your questions and tell you to email support.

Support
The absolute best way to contact PaySystems support is to create a ticket in the Merchant Control Center.
If the ticket is not answered satisfactorily within a certain time limit it jumps a level (to management).
Thanks

It would be a hell of a lot simpler if there was a number of European merchants and IF the support queries were answered satisfactorily.Blacknight

Quite frankly the live help is quite imcompetent...Or they just don't care. They don't have answers to the smallest things.
Telephone support has been excellent for me.
Email...Don't even bother! They never respond.
