Between those, I'd choose number one, but I think they're all lacking a bit of colour.
Maybe try the shadow effect on number one in a shade of blue to liven it up a little.

I am not adding color to them as they will come in many different colors. Just try to imagine them in color, it's the best we can provide to preview for now.

Whats the purpose of the t-shirts?. Are you promoting a website?. If so, then you should add the domain name. Don't expect people to know "emerica" also means "emerica.com".

Actually, I think all these would look good, as long as you put the logo on the sleeve like in #1
