Provide systems engineering and technical product support by telephone, e-mail, web and on-site means for customers and partners. Engineers work to identify symptoms and cause of complex problems, resolving multi-vendor networking and software issues. They will develop integration and/or test plans and work with senior staff to develop solutions to customer problems. The engineer will test and deliver official solutions and provide regular status updates to management and the customer. Create accurate and up-to-date documentation on the form of technical notes, solutions, FAQs, white papers, and configuration guides. Facilitate technical overviews to other engineers. Knowledge of hosting or data center technologies. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows 2000 Server. Working knowledge of LAN data networking. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to grasp technical information quickly. Superior customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
