I'm going to start an online store and am looking at OScommerce script which is free. Do you think OScommerce is the best script for online shopping? Do you have any experience with this script or other ecommerce script?

I'm really want to get it started and would like to know which is the best (and free)?

I will need to hire someone to install the script too.

oscommmerce is OK we have a few clients which used it and they are very happy with it.

saying that I would make sure you have the latest stable version of it on the server.
