Anyone using hybridnetwork?

I signed up with hybridnetwork a week ago. And now all my sites are down since 12 hours ago. And it is still down. I wrote 3 emails to support@hybridnetwork.com, but no respond.

Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

Arrgh - edit, didn't see this was from november.

steve, i think it's very likely they fixed the server as it was two months ago

I had a site with Hybridnetwork for about 6 months, never had any major problems, mark was always friendly and helpful and quick to respond to emails.

No, i left though it wasn't for any bad reason, just made more sense to move the site onto one of my own servers.

I was on an ensim server, i'm not sure if they even still have them or if Mark moved everybody to cPanel, but it was very reliable i don't remember any major downtime.
