All of our servers from Staminus have been down for about 2 hrs now, does anyone have the same problem or just me? No answering phone, can't get to their site either...I really wanna know what's going on to tell our clients

Hello,
It was an outage caused by an error on our main uplink's router, thus ISP-related. It affected customers that were specifically advertised over that network so to compensate, we are crediting 50% off those customers' entire bill. If you were an affected customer, please contact billing@staminus.net and request credit.

An upgrade is scheduled for the 24th of this month which will prevent this from occuring again.

My apologies to all. I hope the credit reimbursement will satisfy any issues.
