My Name is Michael I am 16 and I am looking for a part time tech support job or whatever best fits my qualification in the web hosting industry. I currently reside in Canada and am available for at least 2 hours a night if not more. I am looking for some kind of remote technical support position via instant messanger or whatever remote system you may have.
I can respond to most general support questions and have previous experience answering them.

Have experience providing support via exp.com via user email or exp's live chat feature. With my specialty helping users find the best web hosting solution for their needs.
I Continue to maintain an office internet / file / email server and am admin of their sites as well as tech support guy. So I am familar of what businesses demand and what applications they need to succeed.
Am familar with ftp, irc and brainbench certified as a windows expert in win 95 98 as well I have certificates in Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.
