Cpanel doesn't have half as many bugs as you think it does. In fact, I've yet to find any major bugs in Cpanel at all. I HAVE however found a good number of bugs and problems in both ensim and plesk, such as entire control panels just not loading because one or two python modules messed up, or repeated problems with Ensim and sendmail.
If you're after a flexible control panel, CPanel is definitely the way to be. If you're after features, again, CPanel beats all the rest hands down. If you're after updates, again, CPanel. Support? You got it, CPanel.
I've yet to have a major conflict with CPanel.. Occasionally I'll have to do something stupid like change the permissions for a web directory, but that's nothing, compared to the problems that have been found in Ensim and Plesk, and many more.
Updates? How many other control panels update daily and keep up to date with hacks and whatnot daily? Not too many. CPanel handles that with ease.
Sure, you're going to have issues, just like in ANY control panel (cpanel, ensim, plesk, blah blah blah), the question is whether or not the support can handle it. I've seen CPanel support in action MANY times over the past year + . They've yet to let me down. Usually, they're a last resort, but even when I contact 'em, it's always 24 hours max for a response.
