We are looking for one person to work short hours on a daily basis, we envisage the time needed will be 15 hours/month. We are looking to pay on an hourly basis.
The responsibilities will be managing new domain names for new customers, and renewal of existing domains. They will need to have an understanding of how DNS works.
If successful at this task, the job will stretch to include more hours with basic, and subsequently advanced support topics.
Requirements for position:
1) Good communicator with clear English
2) Available to work 7 days a week for 15-60 minutes per day, depending on work load.
3) Understanding of domain names, DNS servers, WHOIS etc
4) Some experience of (3)
5) Methodical and accurate worker
6) Able to see larger issues at hand, recommend changes to current systems, and confident to implement these changes to save time and money.
7) Can be based in UK, USA or ROW.
