The following sale is going to be auction style with set buyout prices.

Rules:
Domains are sold with both the .com and .net version and will go to the highest bidder at the end of auction on Friday, Nov. 21 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The first person to bid the buyout price within the time frame of the auction will win that domain pair and the auction for those domains only will cease.
Payment will be accepted via PayPal and domains will be transferred via Enom's "push" feature within 24 hours of payment.

RackPlus.com and RackPlus.net
Minimum Bid = $100
Buyout Price = $200
Registered at Enom
Expire: 2/10/2004
Domain Pair #2:
Netasis.com and Netasis.net
Minimum Bid = $75
Buyout Price = $150
Registered at Enom
Expire: 11/10/2004

All bids will be taken via forum posts only. No secret PM or email bids that will have visitors believing I'm artificially inflating the prices.
Please remember to reference the domain pair you are bidding on when placing a bid.

P.S. In case this looks familiar to anyone, RackPlus.com and .net were previously auctioned on WHT by me for $140. The winning bidder never sent payment so they are once again for sale. Please do not bid if you do not have the funds available for timely payment.

I may take rackplus, but, it expires in 3 months....its not worth it for $200 for 3 months, if you knock the price down to about $40, i may take it.

Sorry. I have minimum bids for a reason. These domains are being sold on the merit and bradability of the name, not the expiration date.

Also, it is RackPlus.com and RackPlus.net, and the minimum bid is $100. If you are the only bidder they are only $100, not $200.
I had a few bids over $100 a couple months ago so I am not willing to take any less for the pair. Thanks.

Sure. All I have to do is change the whois info and turn off registrar lock, then you would initiate the transfer from your NameCheap account.

I just checked rackplus.com and rackplus.net on archive.org and neither have a record. So, they at least have never been crawled by archive.org. I suspect by this, they have never been actively used.
I bid $150 for the pair rackplus.com/.net.
I will be on vacation from 11/17 to 11/25. So I won't be able to reply to any messages until I get back.
I have an ENOM account and will pay via Paypal if I am so lucky to win.

Neither RackPlus.com nor .net have been active to my knowledge. I purhcased them some time ago as a potential name for a managed hosting provider.
As brandedman already posted, there are no archived pages from either on archive.org. There are no trademarks, servicemarks, or wordmarks listed for RackPlus at www.uspto.gov. There are not even any old marks that have been deleted. It has never been in their database so it should have no problem being registered as a trademark.
Brandedman is the current high bidder at $150 for RackPlus.com/.net.

Netasis did not get any bids, so it is being offered at $60 buyout if anyone is interested.
