Slow response/pings from Ezzi?

Is anyone else having slow responses and ping loss from Ezzi? I have noticed 1 out of 5 ping tests showing loss and have several clients complaining of slow page loads.

I am trying to load Ezzi's home page to contact live support but so far 4 minutes and the page still hasn't completed loading.

it keeps going.... and going.. and going....

If you saw any network problems tonight, it was because Verio kept "flapping" and caused our connection to them to connect and disconnect several times. We are working with them on this problem now.

We regret the inconvenience caused to several of our customers.

I have customers with mulitple servers on different subnets but using the same core switch having their servers go and and down like a yo-yo.

It looks to be another ugly night.

In a response to a submitted ticket, they blame it on Verio. However, I can ping the core switch (core.ezzi.net) fine and the trace routes go bad after that point on the network. When the network is up, the core switch is the last stop before the servers on the traces.

well...

in their defense, their home page is on a server in a completely different DC than my servers and it was having problems as well... so their statement that it's a BW/network problem is believable since it's affecting more than one DC of theirs.

Is anyone having horribly slow download speeds on their servers? I can't seem to get more than 5K/sec to my home box, office box, or my EV1 server.

I'm not having any problems now. The slow responses from yesterday have cleared up.

Page loads are instant and pings are normal.
