Billing for the willing

I'm working on a simple script to keep track of clients, what they paid, there account status, when to create the account, when next payment is due, sends them an email, they login to see the status, keeps track of support tickets per account, and such... just currious if there is already one out there that will save me time, please, dont say phpcoin, thats not what im talking about - my script is kinda secure, running on SSL useing MD5 hash all over the place, is there a good script out there that I have not seen? if not I might market my script once its done @.@

I expected those replys, but none of them seem to allow you to have a basic interface where u add clients, set when they are due for setup, and when they are due for payment, and shows you in a list so you dont have to go threw them all...

I'm sure they do, When you make your packages you chose the payment installments either monthly, 3month, 6month, or annualy.
Then it goes by that. and i'm sure you can manualy add clients.
try the trail versions they have.

no

No, I did not say that, php coin does not have the billing options I want - clients will be pre-paying, I just want a system to tell me when there next payment is due in order with all the clients, so I can send out emails to the people I need to.

hmm i'd be very interested in checking out your script (if you'll release or make it). I dont really like those billing programs that have all those unnessasary features.

Step #1

Well, right now I'm secureing the login screen, to basicly make it secure, so people cant "Sql inject" you threw it, block out html so it isnt shown, adding timeouts, its more or less, basic, the admin can login, view, change, edit users, add public and private notes, (user sees the public notes) u set when they have there account setup, what type of account, when it expires, and every time you login it will show you in a list whos due, when, nearing due, over due, etc., anything thats is due soon and over due, allow you to query users, bla bla, I have not seen a script like it out there, and trust me, ive looked, I might release it... like, for free, at the same time, since I've put so much time into it, I dont think $10 or so would be to much to ask for all the time it will save who ever uses it....
I don't have much time for it, a grfx/site design company just hired me ^.^ so, its going to be on the back burner, tho I still hope to get it done some time soon (: doing this all by hand is a pain.

Later,
-matt
