I am currently seeking a support/sales position in a webhosting company. I first connected to the Internet in 1992 and have been a regular user ever since. My most current experience is in a RedHat/Apache/cPanel environment using php & mysql.
I hold a college degree in a counseling-related field. I have the ability to understand the needs/questions of the customer and relate information back to them in the language they will understand. Among my specialties is the ability to explain the complexities of webhosting to newbies with the patience required in a way they will understand.
My schedule is quite flexible. I can do shift work if you are looking for live customer service, or an open schedule if you are looking for someone to answer tickets or moderate a forum as needed.
Depending on need & employment details, I can consider both part- or full-time positions.
