At the risk of sounding like I am advertising, I will say customer relations is essential in hosting. Based on personal experience, kevin at P4 hosting has time and time again proven that he cares about his clients. I remember when sometime over a year ago I stumbled across this board looking for a reliable decent host. After trying several of the *Big Boys*, I found that no matter what the issue was, I could get help. THAT my friends is what a client wants and needs.
When I was under server attacks etc, kevin helped me thru it and the main site NEVER went down. When I had some major legal problems that were finally resolved a week ago, my host didnt abandon me. I hope the rest f you can offer that type of service that I am recieving.
Now being a newbie reseller, I plan on offering the SAME standard of service. Expect a few more questions in ways I can grow up and keep the same standard.
