WHMAP and PAYSYSTEMS

I finally talked this lady into hosting with me.. up till now I only took paypal orders.

She paid by paysystems ( my first paysysytems order) and whmautopilot set her up automatically. i assumed she made payment since whmautopilot set her up.

I just now checked and paysystems doesnt show any new orders or anything.. all zeros.

Thinking a problem with the order page might be in hand, I follow all the steps she did for ordering and when I land at the paysystems page, my name comes up (so I know Im using the right client ID in WHMAP for PAYSYSTEMS) but it says the product is Basic [.tester] my hosting package is Basic, but whats this [.tester] ? I am trying to see if WHMAP has a "test" mode.. im on 2.3.0 and dont see anything like that at all enabled for paysystems.

Also at paysystems it sayd I am on TPP-Pro and that it is Live.. account is created but no money in bank... this is a trusted friend so I know its not fraud

anyone have experince on this? I posted at WHMAP forums, but trying to see if anyone has had this problem

Something is wrong with paysystems. I'm having the same error. I e-mailed them last night and am waiting for a chat representative right now...

Contact them via Live Chat and they will fix the problem.

ok .. at WHMAP they are saying the [.tester] is the domain name entered into the system when buying.

Also was said paysystems is about 3 to 4 hours behind on updating MCC and sending out emails.. can anyone else vouch for this? Are they really that slow

Not slow since they check the cards for fraud, although not very accurate IMHO

As far as I know the emails are sent about 3 times per day, so I can definately see a delay of 3-4 hours for email notification. Perhaps they've updated their system but that's what it use to be....

Nope it always takes 2-3 hours for the order to show in the mcc control panel, it is anything from 1-48 hours after that before the funds are actually captured.

I've notice Amex and discover cards get processed quite a bit faster than visa/master card (as in total time from order to captured is under 3 hours)
