Since February 2002, we have been brokering ad spots from various publishers to hundreds of clients worldwide. Early this year our hosting division took an upward climb and all of our efforts are being strained so that we can focus on this booming sector. Although extremely profitable and enjoyable, our complete Advertising & Marketing division is being sold because it is simply not making as much as our hosting division (and therefore not worth putting our time & effort into running it).

You take over our supplier/publisher accounts as well as all of our clients. Just one of our clients alone was paying upwards of $30k/monthly via advanced wire for advertising (if you can get him what he needs, he’ll buy it).

1 Completely hand coded advertisiment management system. Ability to manage all brokers, ad targeting categories, and campaigns. Brokers can fund their accounts and start new campaigns on the fly.
1 Running version of phpAdsNew (Opensource ad management software) for managing some publishers.
All brokers in the system will be included with the sale(Brokers are other ad agencies - they have accounts in the system that enable them to order bulk ad campaigns on the fly. Since brokers do their own selling and have their own customers, they bring the sale to you....selling through the wholesale channel has been the key to our long term success). Total number of brokers in the system (not all are active): 228
You will also take over our large buyers (some have bought recently, some haven’t). One will pay $5-$10 cpm for as much UK and German traffic you can send him, and he prepays by wire (been a customer of ours since we started).
You will take over our “supply” accounts - this includes a mix of publishers and other wholesale houses that we network with to get the best pricing on ads available.
Total Monthly NET Income (yes, profit) is approx $7-$10k without doing ANY advertising. All sales are brought in through existing wholesale broker accounts. Large buyers also contact us once in awhile to set up campaigns through our site (ie. Min $1k order usually recurring).
This is a very well established, extremely popular business and we have good reputation in the online ad industry. All buyers pay by paypal, western union, or wire. We have disabled credit card payments because it makes it too easy for people to place fraud orders or do a chargeback simply because their ad did not earn them as much money as they were hoping. This has proven to be no issue (all current, ongoing, and past sales were one of the methods above).
Proof of income, tour of the ad management system, etc. can all be provided to serious buyers pending signature of a non disclosure agreement. We are looking to sell within the next 1-2 months. Cash buyouts as well as financed buyouts (or a combination of both) will be considered.
