Geat Service /Solid Price (XO)

I currently signed up with XO communication 3 months ago and at first had some reserve about the things that I have heard on these boards about thier company. So I started off on a trial run in just one of thier facilities before I moved the majority of my business to them. WOW was I suprised, I started off in 60 hudson and also in the NJ data center and the service that I recieved when I got up and running was awsome, from a latency and performance standpoint. In the past I have heard horror stories about the customer service bieng a nightmare, but my rep has spear headed every issue that I faced and handled it in a timely fashion. I currently have 500mbps in three facilities and would recommend that anyone wanting a solid price and a great rep to work with contact the person that I work with there.
His name is Jason Rehder and he specializes in Data Center and telco Colo solutions. I just wanted to let everyone know the sucess that I have had with this company. I have attached Jason's email address, if anyone contacts him let him know that I referred you and he will definitely take care of you.

XO's network is pretty nice, but horrible setup times.

We're ONNET as well. The sales rep promise us a 10day lit up, I waited 60 days now, and I still don't have my circuit.

I'm ready for another sales rep, if there is one that have the magic to lit me quick.

The last review I read from a 3rd party rated the XO network pretty strong.

It's all about knowing the right people. We had an OC3 turned up in less than 3 days.

It's also about capacity, they're unwilling to give out transport on routes that they don't have enough capacity. I guess that's why they're delaying our circuit.

Boardwatch May 2002....
This was the last time they did Backbone Testing and XO came in 2nd.

Later in the Article it states that XO Communications had the best percentage of Error rates, approximately 0.1% less than half of the average in the test.

If you would like I can fax a copy of this article to you, please e-mail me your name, and fax number.

Thank you,

Jason

I know it's a year and half old, but it is the last one Boardwatch did.

If you would like to talk more about our network please PM me,or email me, as I can tell you that our network has only improved since the time the testing was done.

Nothing against XO, but if I was going to put my data center somewhere it would have to be www.edeltacom.com, they are 30 miles outside Atlanta and have OC192 coming in the building and OC192 going out the other side. Plus they offer Streaming Media.
