Just to have an official update...
Yipes Communications seems to have lost one of their core routers affecting our Yipes connectivity. As mentioned above, our HE.net network is up and running, as is all of our equipment; unfortunately, until Yipes fixes their routing problem, our Yipes network remains offline.
I just got off the phone with them, and their latest update is 20-30 minutes... They said it's not an official ETA, so I assume it could be longer. Hopefully, it won't take longer than that.
As mentioned above as well, we don't currently have a BGP4 network, but will have it in about two weeks time. At that time, issues like this will not affect our service.
