We are a group of sysadmins, we used to work with different hosting companies. We've been friends for a long time and recently decided to set forth on a new venture. And thus the plan to set up a reseller hosting company was formed and the plan is to be put into action by the first week of December.
In addition to providing reseller services, we are also planning to provide quality 24/7/365 support for the end-users as well.
Following are the two options that we offer:
1. We will login to your ticketing system and do the tickets for you.
2. We will have an integrated ticketing system, We would be using Cerberus, you will have a login and can view all your tickets. We will reply to the tickets through this ticketing system, and the replies would look like as if sent from your domain (eg. email@example.com
). This option will be less expensive.
The first response is guaranteed within 30 minutes, and the resolution time would be 2 hours for at least 90% of the tickets.
We guarantee this, otherwise you can claim your money back.
Every reseller will have direct contact with one of our sysadmins and he will take care of all your requirements. He will be your manager and be responsible to you directly. You can contact him anytime during his work hours(12 hours) on chat/phone. During off-hours you can contact the other techs via chat. This way we can maintain a personal relationship. You can ask for his assistance anytime, on any issue. There would not be any need for the long wait after sending mails.
We have not considered providing chat support to the end users as well, at this point, it would be too much to handle.

We have not finalised the Plans or Prices yet, but I can give you a general idea.

$50 per month + $1 per ticket if the # of tickets is more than 50 per month
5 Gig Diskspace/150 Gig Bandwidth
$85 per month if using our ticketing system
$100 per month if you are using your own ticketing sytem (say Perldesk, Ticketsmith, Kayako etc)
There will be intermediate plans as well, tailored for different ranges.
Also there will be different plans for support for end-users(resold accounts as well), per ticket based, unlimited tickets, support for only 8 hours (maybe you want to take care of your clients when you are online) etc.
We would be offering CPanel based servers at this time. Ensim servers will be included in future. The servers would be P4 Dual Processor/ 1 Gig RAM and all the latest h/w, servers would be located at either DNOW or Theplanet.com
