Disregard the traceroute part, it seems to be an internal 24hostingnow issue.
Can't access FTP and some clients cannot access domains. Bah.

yes ..their site is also offline!!! I couldn't access my CPANEL a few days ago .... arghhh! they're trying to upgrade their server and this is a total mess ....i think this is my 2nd incident within this week

Are they in a middle of a server upgrade?
If so, some bouncing can be expected. I can access their website and Cpanel fine, no interruption of service until tonight.
Seems to be an internal 24hostingnow problem then.
I've sent them an e-mail though, am awaiting reply.

some of my sites are back ...some are still offline.... but all the databases are messed up ...I'm waiting for them to fix them all ...hopefully it won't be too long ....

The title of this thread may as well be edited, since it seems not to be a network issue, but internal 24hostingnow crapola.
The funny thing is, I have a paying customer trying to order hosting and he's not getting through. Sigh.

yes we are facing a problem with some dns entries and we are working on it to resolve this issue.

Let me clear things up,
today named failed, causing some mess into the dns entries. We are working to restore the dns entries, this will take some time, please be patient. We really apologise for this and we will do our best to provide you with superior service in the future. Be assured that we will reward you with valueable services. We are making some plans right now about the customers who have been affected by this issue, there is a possibility to double their bandwidth and give them more features.
As said however in our recent email to all customers, all servers will be updated this week and some from Monday with Pentium 4 at 2,4 -3GHZ processors. This will ensure more stability and flexibility as well which will solve the past problems caused in the recent month. We understand that this is very important for you and we will do our best to serve you with the way it should be.

Everything is back to normal. All the sites having this problem have been corrected now. This thread may close now.
