jay,
shaun would be able to clarify more, but they are a cheapie provider in south cali. ochosting uses them among other providers i believe. i dont think they have any fiber level redundancy, at least out of south cali. however, for the price they may not be that bad actually.
out of curiosity, are you considering them because of geographic proximity? there are other providers with similar deals that would, imho, deliver more quality, just not out of the south cali region.

I'm not offering you anything, but then 500bux for 10meg + 4U is just an average price. Many providers on the West Coast have 10meg port cheaper than that.

They have connectivity out of 818 w.7th in downtown la. They pipe that down to orange county via timewarner fiber and last I heard they were turning up cox fiber for redundancy. As for being cheap, far from it unless they have dropped prices alot recently. BigIron8000s and and Cisco15454s are their cores in each location I believe. They have a nice setup except for their providers, aleron and wcg.(they did have verio, maybe they dropped them and drop their prices at the same time)

Ewan isn't too bad. We have a DS3 up to them in Irvine. Downtime is minimal, and they actually have ACL's setup on their router for common "bad traffic".
Our only complaint is communication. As long as you get a cell number for their Cisco guys you're ok.
I haven't heard about their colo
Let me know if you need more info.

A lot of people here would consider themselves good, however, since this is a non-advertising forum you may wish to consider posting in the advertising forums to get a more detailed response from some WHT members that happen to be in that area.
