for **** sake i just bought extra ips from them and then they just **** off. I've heard they are moving all the server cabinets down to their own floor, if this is true then they suck they didn't tell anyone!!!

I only know because I know one of Adam's mates.

I'm very very disappointed, this isn't the right way to work, 3 hours of downtime are unacceptable. This is my opinion.

iain-uk - This isn't the case as all of the servers are already in their own area...I know that Adam is in Amsterdam atm and is probably working on the network. I can only apologise on his behalf and that I will contact him to get a report on the situation.

(note - I don't work for nor have I worked for IRacks)

Thumbs down

The situation is iracks are moving from their Open peering network to a new selection, so hopefully that will prevent future downtime HOWEVER they have not forewarned us users AT ALL!

No posts on the site or anything! Utterly disgraceful this, I have lost 5 clients allready causing me to have to fork out to refund them as well as losing my streaming media servers in which I was using at the time.

A great inconvenience

to iracks, and i was all ready to give them a great testimonal.

oh and i think thats us hit 6 hours downtime now, im guessing they will have stopped working on it for now as its 1:39am in netherlands.

will have 2 wait till tomorrow, perhaps finding another provider would be a good idea.

I'm sorry to hear that you have lost clients. I have taken a server with iracks for testing the service, and i have hosted on the server only one my site, and now i know how they works....7 hours of dowtime! If is really the story that they are moving the serve to another facility, this is very incorrect, they haven't dropped an email to customer to inform of this situation? i haven't words......

Yesterday Adam Harris sayd that they have talked with Level3 and now I don't get in to the server.... bad. This was third problem with them... even rackshack was better. I'm not happy now.

Is this an official statement from the company? We need credentials.
