Do you think this company provide good and very cheap support. I just brought one from them and try see how.

Better don't buy from them. Their support is lousy. SSH cannot login as site admin even enabled. Frontpage extension having problem logging in. Wait very long time to modify or add domain sites and nothing happen, I think that the process might be unsuccessful.
The support even ask me to read the online manual, but I find the question not answered there and e-mail him back to fix it, they cannot do anything because I do not purchase a management solution from them to troubleshoot.
The server is setup yesterday and now I send a cancellation request to them to cancel and if refund as soon as possible if any.

Sentris is a horrible company.
Here is my story.
First of all, they have a lot of downtime and practically non existant support. I had a server running slackware linux, which they installed wrong, everytime I tried to compile a program, the server froze. After we got past that problem, there was continual downtime.
When I went to cancel, they slapped a 400 dollar over bandwidth fee on me. I had never had an overbandwidth limit fee before, but the month I cancel, one magically appears.
In their terms of service, it said that Dedicated Servers had no bandwidth overage charges. When I pointed this out, they promptly changed their Terms of Service and said that their disclaimer on their Terms of Service allowed them to change their terms of service at anytime without notifying customers.
So, it was sneaky business practices, cheap bandwidth, unknowledgable support and a lot of downtime.

Personally I've never heard of them but, the search button has. 
Also Google.com might be a good resource, maybe someone somewhere else posted/wrote something about them.
