I have seen on some sites that they the tutorials there is videos that you can see what the person is doing. It like captures screenshots and puts them into a movie. I am looking for one to use thats trial/free that I can show my friend how to do a few things on his computer.

Anyone know where I can find one of these?

Robodemo also has a free utility that allows you to do screen captures to AVI.
