"Dinix
Dedicated and Integrated Hosting Solutions".
Well i just saw As Monaco - As Auxerre (football / soccer ) and the Auxerroises had DINIX written on their t-shirts (same blue colour as the banner itself); and i know that sponsoring a football team is not cheap (more than 1million USD for such a team) and...
Wow, football-watchers are going after hosting? Or maybe it's just another DINIX company...

I would seriously doubt an American company would sponsor a French league football team. (Especially after Jacques Le Worm's stance on Iraq).
Dinix sort of appeared alongside their banners on WHT. Ask for reseller info and you will get the stock response that its in "the works" and to leave an email to be informed.
Strikes me as a company that thinks design can outweigh service.
As any longstanding member of these forums knows design doesnt matter a whit. The discerning hosting buyer is only interested in service rather than how good a site looks.
Heck, httpme looks like a dogs dinner (sorry Bob, but I doubt you would change it now) but Bob continually gets new signups based on his rep (and how he conducts himself) here at WHT. It doesnt matter how Flashy or how good it looks, a flashy site will only capture the newbies who are impressed by such designs.
Once they have vut through the flannel they will invariably end up postin here with "Ok, I tried these its not working, who DO YOU recommend" 9 times out of ten the answer will be httpme, dathorn etc. Service is paramount, looks are secondary (asAussie Bob has proven)
Dinix may yet prove to be a company that "Cuts it" but a ceonex design doesn't make a reliable company.
NB, sorry for slating your design Bob but I wont be the first to say it or the last. (I'm sure you can afford a ravio/ceonex/pixelbrick design) But as folks say, If it aint broke dont fix it.
Summary = in webhosting design = 1, service =10.

And if that wasn't another "DINIX" company then i guess it is the day.
So there's noone that can confirm or decline that AS Auxerre is sponsored by a hosting company?
(God how it sounds...)

Nope we are not the sponsor of the football team.
But I do wish to make a few comments to Ed_Case

Yes we are still working on our reseller plans so what else would you like us to say? With margins so low now days it takes planning to offer a competitive reseller plan and not loose your butt in doing so.

How can you say this with out trying our service?
I think you will find that you are wrong in your assumption about our service if you ask any of our customers.
Also I have been a member of this board for a lot longer than most people still posting here today and I have been part of the start of one of the larger providers around today so I know that service is #1 but why not have a good design if you can to go along with the good service?

1&1 sponsored one of the most famous teams in world football history; Everton, and did so for 2 or 3 seasons.
The sponsorhisp deal was worth approx $4 million per year

Paul, don't worry about Ed's post. It is all BS and shows no understanding of business. I choose to let these people wallow in their understanding, because it brings me more busienss.
s.h.a.zz.y, what does your post have to do with anything? No one said anything of the sort. Don't start turning this into political crap.

Whats wrong with you? Unless you have problem seeing things I clearly quoted what I was replying to ...
I dont have to have your approval to post on here ...
Ed_Case was incorrect in his post so I quoted him...
Get off the case and go by on your own way.

They aren't offering "everything for free" they are offering a very limited time deal to get US/Canadian presence, to add to their massive European presence.

Waaaaaaait
I don't want it to sound this way, but more like "if they can pay 4mil$/ yr. for a sponsorship deal, then i'm sure they can 'hold' thousand of accounts for 3 years" - something like this anyway
I'm sorry 'bout that
