Hostmatters/TekAdvantage Down?

Again guys? Whats up? i've had quite a bit of downtime this month. It's getting to the point where i want some compensation here. I can't be going down once a week for a half a day.

I'm with them and experiencing down time now. several hours already. Can't get to their website either.

Sorry I missed this thread Doug

We have TekAdvantage.org (which is off network) as an emergency site, which was updated during these problems.

Compensation has been announced and that info is available in our forums

As for the relationship between us and HM. They are our upsteream/server provider, which we were reffered to when we contacted peak10 directly
