I'm using them for about 3 months now and i'm very happy with the service provided. Their support is very helpful (not second to none, but HELPFUL). There have been some discussions about ikobo a few days ago, so doing a search will bring you another thoughts about them.
I'll stick with ikobo, because Romania is banned from paypal and WU has some...'awesome' charges

Regards.

I have an I-Kard, its not so smart (only allows taking out money, no balance view, no info sheet).
It also costs me $3 every time I take out cash (even if it fails)

I wouldnt consider it a replacement for paypal before it got alot more popular.

Can someone tell me if you are able to refund customers through this service ? Meaning if they paid with a credit card does it credit back to there credit card and not into a ikobo account.

the $ it takes is different in every country. it only failed on me because I tried to take it all out and did not calculate that $3, then when it failed, and I could not check the balance, and lost another $3

Why not Escrow ? I have never used it except when I had to apply for some shares allotment I was told the money would be in an Escrow account untill the realisation of the allotment. I am told it is the safest way to transact because Escrow holds the payment till the buyer recieves the goods.

How long does it usually take for you to be able to withdraw your fund? that is if someone pays you, how long does it stay? does ikobo hold back funds for a certain period of time?

Once they fully validated their credit card (a painful process afaik, but a requiered one today), the transfer is immidiate. you get the money into your account almost as soon as the person sends it.

Noam already answered: the funds are available immediately. It works like WU, for example, only that is CHEAPER (3$ withdrawal against the huge WU charges) and you can cash them out with your i-kard. I don't know too much about their merchant, anyway.
Ah and as a quick side-note, read their FAQ. It's very easy to browse and full of information.

Regards, Adrian.
