Okay, I've emailed BurstNET and I've emailed CPanel, and non of them can resolve my email problem. The problem is that a lot of my emails seems to be deliverying very late, sometimes for up to 24 hours!
BurstNET says CPanel caps the number of emails you can send per hour no matter how high I set my hourly limit. I emailed CPanel about it and they said there's no such thing, I can send as much as my server can handle. In which case my server should be fine, a p4 2.6 should be able to handle 200 emails each day (which is the # of emails in the list), and I check my mailman queue and my service status very regularly and my mailman is never full, and service status never report an usage over 0.1 CPU nor more than 30% memory utilisation.
Now CPanel are closing my tickets without replying me, and BurstNET is ignoring my emails and not giving me any updates, I've done searches everywhere and couldn't find ANYTHING, and the only place I can find help (please?) is here.
So can someone please help me with this if possible?
