We might start announcing our true statement in here. We do not like lying between clients.

As advertised in this forum in offers, we have stated that we provide 100mbits shared. Although is 100mbits, there is limitation such as international bandwidth we have and the location you are placed in.

You could not compare Hong Kong with USA when you are living in USA. Because they are on the different side of the world, you must understand each time they travel, where they travel to get to you.

Also, you will need to understand the ISP you are using. If your ISP is using a very bad Overseas bandwidth provider, you probably connect the server slower than others ISP.

Due to this problems, we are now installing monitoring 24x7x365 to provide you the best as possible. Also we are installing a system for remote reboot so we do not need to call the datacenter each time.

Sorry for any inconvenience, clients who are having network problem, we are taking care of it and we are trying to see what is going on with the overseas provider.
