    Domain name resellers..

I am currently running a small webhosting reseller business out of Dathorn (currently only 15 clients) and am interested in potentially offerring domain name registrations as well. What is the least expensive way to go about initially integrating domain name sales into my webhosting site?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ron

Probably getting an 8.95 eNom reseller account. If you look around her at WHT you can find one with no setup fees. You can then use their Registry Rocket system to sell domains with no required deposit. You would still have to pay CC processing charges. If you make the minimum $100 deposit you could use the eNom API or other third party cart systems.

I just heard about it on another thread on these forums (a few down from this) and it looks good.
Cheap rates, only $75 to deposit and free API.

My advice would be to get DRAMS. You can integrate it to your site, get a free $7.95 enom account and have the enom api work for you almost immediately. All you need is a PayPal and/or a merchant account to accept payments and you are all set. Good thing with enom is you don't have to fill up if you pay by cheque or bank transfer. But if you want to use CC or PayPal then you have to pay min. $100 and there is a 3% charge too.

    Talking

    I have been using <<Censored for a reason>>, very good service, USD 75 pre-payment.

and you get domains at USD 6.99 and keeps falling as your number increases, you can use their API or they have a hosted solution whereby you can point your domain to their unbranded interface and upload your logo etc, pretty neat stuff!.

You can contact them as well us others and chose the one which best suits your need

    * ????

its strange why *******.com is banned ????

probably the moderators dont like them
but who cares as i get excellent service from them and definatly one of the best pricing.

yes you can sell at your own Selling price.

You can integrate with your own payment gateway and you are up and running in less than 2-3 hrs.

Its sad that WHT has banned them

    jacksparrow,

It was probably because they and their resellers spammed this forum about the service

I have nothing against them personally, although they have certain business practises that I do not agree with. cough cough api .

    Regards,

    Chris

I think that could be a reason

Maybe some of *******.com's reseller may have spammed the list.

Also i just want to know if there are way to come of the banned list..... though i have still not advertised my own site, but who knows

Participants may not post URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat the censors put in place by WebHostingTalk.

It wasn't an explanation, it was referring to the rules which many of you don't seem to bother reading

does that mean that i cannot talk about my registrar, its so sad.

Is there anyway we can know why its banned??

anon-e-mouse lets take a hypothetical scenario where some reseller of enom put lots of post about there service. Would you ban eNom in that case for no fault of their's.

I checked out with my sales contact at ******* and they said that they have no clue of them spamming WHT, and i have no reason not to believe them....
