Depends on who you're getting it from, though I'd basically agree with Mfjp, or $9700.

There are a wide range of providers with accordingly wide ranges of pricing. I think you can get this as cheap as just over $4500 from someone like Cogent or it can be more than triple that from providers like AT&T, C&W, UUNET, etc.
It all depends on what the consumer is looking for.

When housed in a Datacenter it could be more cost-effective to either take a 100 MBit or a GigaBit Link using (cheaper than SDH or the like) ethernet.
100 MBit flat and a Rack can be found from about 4500-5000 euro per month here in Frankfurt-Germany.

Probably looking at the $6000 - $7000 range, but also depending upon term commitments, etc.

A full 155 MB of IP should cost anywhere between $8528 / month ($55 / MB) and $11625 / month ($75 / MB).
4U of space from most colocation providers should be less than $500 / month.
Thanks,
Evan

Another factor not mentioned is physical location.
There's an old saying, "The three most important things in Real Estate are Location, Location, Location."
The same often holds true when purchasing bandwidth. Where you are located can have a dramatic effect on pricing.

From what i am told they are incredibly cheap and advancing extremely fast . . . .
How much do you think this would be worth in a location like Estonia?

Estonia is a former republic of the USSR on the Baltic shore. I highly doubt that the whole country has a fatter pipe than 155mbps to the rest of the world. you are definitely not going to get anything close to that amount of pipe over there.

Not doubting that you could be right, but you comment reminded me of the time a computer salesman looked me dead in the eye and swore there will NEVER be a need for more than 16 Mb of RAM in a computer.
