Just to let you guys know :

All the blank images are seperately included with the template so that you can customize the template according to your needs.

I don't think TM allows people to resell their templates.

if you seen it on there and it currently is not anymore (if it is please supply a link)
then it could have been an exclusive purchases, wich then the person has full rights to the design. Giving them the rights to resell it.
