question
if pics are uploaded to a server and some people can see them and some people cannot, is it the servers problem or the persons browser?

i believe they see a box with an x...i didnt ask that...i can see the pics on that server fine, so i dont know what is going on

Have you cleared your cache?
Is the URL private or can you post it for a test?

No, but by gathering more information, like blue27 did, a better analysis can come. Something you oughtta learn since it looks like you are in the hosting biz..
