I need a link indexing script that allows me to: (among other features)

1. Make sponsored links (priority links), preferably one that I can add graphics.

2. Preferably, allow me to add contents or one that makes it possible to add contents.

3. PHP/MySQL/Apache.

4. So far, that is all that I can think of as most others offer basically the same features. Oh yeah, one that is easy to customize and themes too.
