What if 2 pairs of nameservers have the same IPS?

People please help me answer this question....

What happens if I have 2 pairs of nameservers sharing the same pair of IPs? For example ns1.adfds.com and ns1.qweqwe.com share 789.456.456.456 and ns1.adfds.com and ns1.qweqwe.com share 798.456.456.457?

You can simply point DNS names to the IPs of your nameservers and then register those DNS names as nameservers. It will work (at least with the registrars I've used). When you run an nslookup, the name of the first nameserver will show up though (at least in windows nslookup). A lot of hosts will offer this feature as "aliased nameservers".
So yes, you can have an unlimited number of DNS names pointing to the same two IPs and have them all work as nameservers.
