You could search on google. There are few packages already setup to accept paypal and let the users signup, pay, and setup the account automatically. I have seen one package for sale now and again on eBay for around $50. You could also program yourself or have one written for you.

I have played around with the one on eBay. I will try and post a link for it later. Maybe post a request in the advertising forum to have one written. That is what I ended up doing.

Gallery unfortunately does not work in safe mode with PHP, and that would require you turning off safe mode for every client that wishes to use it... Might become a pain in the arse
