I am wondering why InFlow does not seem to be mentioned much here for managed hosting.
I have searched the forums and InFlow almost always seems to come up in the context of a datacenter provider to colos and resellers. As such, their datacenter seems to get good reviews.
But what about managed services? Does InFlow position itself -- both in marketing and real-world terms -- in this line of business? I would be interested in a 2-server, 2-firewall Win2K architecture -- an ASP-based web server and a MS SQL Server-based DB server -- with basically the same cafeteria of management services comparable to those offered by RackSpace or ThePlanet.
InFlow's web site discusses an "Application Management" line of business, which does not necessarily mean the same thing. I am interested in a managed infrastructure for hosting such a web site.
One reason I ask about InFlow is that our site currently runs at one of their datacenters, with all services resold by the company we use for outsourced development/maintenance. We will be unbundling the hosting, and I am wondering if InFlow would be a candidate for the hosting component.
TIA for your opinions.
