You can post your thread in the request forum, as there are lot of reliable companies that can fit your needs (free shared SSL and SSH access becomes a must).
Be sure also to do your homework by searching this forum for feedbacks, because you will find plenty of interesting threads

Ramzavail: I don't know your budget. I currently use two good hosts.. http://www.pair.com and http://www.unitedhosting.co.uk Both have good hard working support staff and uptime has been great. pair has FreeBSD OS and their proprietary control panel. UnitedHosting has Linux and the EnsimPro control panel (with a special skin to make it more user friendly).

Nice spam Retired n00b. We won't expect you to be around long.

Racingforums, your review will have more impact after you've been with mesopia for more than a month.

Ramzavail, if you are truly looking for quality and reliability I would say check out TekAdvantage, United Hosting, Credible Hosting or one of many others you will find while reading through this forum.

That's a good starting budget depending on your expectations.
You can certainly find quality hosting in that range.
