They delet your account without any notice, and let you lose a lot of data. Time wasting!

here are two links of this company.

I find it difficult to believe that the company just deleted your sites for no good cause, can you enlighten us, like VNPIXEL said, as to what you did - or what they said you did?

It's always nice for hosts to end the client's relationship for storing the clients' data before deleting the account, and store it for certain amount of time. Though it would still be nice for you to post more about the stories behind it.

Reset,

We are not trying to rag on you. 20 posts and I got a beating too.

Your host, if they have any integrity, they have your files still on the server.

Not sure what the rest do...

My site gives the client a .tar or .zip by default if you are shut off. However if it is a blantent breach of policy, I have no problem giving that .tar the cement shoes.

Why give your data back if you cannot respect a shared environment and respect the TOS/SLA?

I am not pointing any fingers, but I am sure something was not right for them to kick you

So what happened?

I think reset didn't do any wrong or against TOS, because I am his customer. What I know is he got a free host from somebody and moved his site from his formal server to the new one (it make us can not visit his site for a little while ), and then, the next time when I tried to login his site, I can not find my username, I have talked with reset through IM and knew he lose two days data, including my username.
