There are lots of design firms around here and I'm sure one of WHT members will be helping you.
If you need a site designed I would suggest you www.designoutpost.com it will help you a lot.

http://www.xeofreestyle.com/ is really outdated, they were the first ones to use flash only for making sites, now we have aftereffects, photoshop, and various 3d applications all mixed together with flash.
