9 times outta 11, I'll use quick reply. Unless I'm quoting someone, then I just hit 'quote' and go with it.

quick reply, use it 100% of the time except for quotes, although, i hate when i hit tab twice instead of once when i go really fast and hit reset form and my long azz message gets deleted 
I usually forfeit my reply to that thread at that point.

You can click on the "Smilies are ON" link, which is right below the quick reply form, it'll open in a new window. Or sit down for a few minutes and memorize all the quick codes for them, lol!

You can still quote using Quick Reply.
Just use:
replace with left bracket >>(quote=membername] Quoted text goes here. [/quote]

Usually just use Quick Reply. I might have used 'Normal' once or twice, but that's about it.
