I spent the last 3 weeks researching into the various options to design and host my ecommerce website. I came up with this rationale:- My website must be truely portable in case I need to switch host.

This kinda rule out signing up with portals that offer click&build platforms, including the much acclaimed microsoft bCentral.

I wonder if anybody has done their ecommerce website with FrontPage or Dreamweaver using ready-to-use standalone software extension modules for Shopping Carts, Product Cataloging, Secured Payment and Shipping Charges.

Please recommend some good s/w extendsion modules - but bear in mind that the website has to be 100% portable and easy to maintain using FrontPage or Dreamweaver.
