Has any of you used Ultravertex? I tried to buy their Clipart membership ($9.95 for 6 months) the other day. (It includes mostly photos which I like a handful of them and thought it's worth the cost just for that.) I got a page not found error while paying via 2Checkout.com, so I contacted Ultravertex via their published support e-mail plus filling out an e-mail form. They promised 24 hours response, but now it's more than 84 hours!

I am using them, they got really high Quality Photoes. Usually i get replies with a hour or so.

Looks like they haven't charged my credit card for anything, but hey, they still need to get back to me, right? I have a valid login so it will be easy for them to find me with the correct e-maill address. Now more than 4 days after I signed up, I still got that "Please waiting until merchant system notify us about your transaction" error when I login. Why don't they even care about a potential client? Perhaps $9.95 isn't much to them.
I just went to their "Contact Us" page; it actually reads "Please fill in form below. Our support staff will contact you during 12 hours"!!

Sent another support request right after my last post. Didn't hear from them now that another 24 hours have passed. Hmm ... good business practice.

I didn't have any problems subscribing to their templates a while back. Maybe this is something recent and temporary.

Another 3 days passed and now exactly a week from my first contact with them, but not a word from them. Checked with both my credit card company and 2Checkout.com, and lucky that I have not been charged anything. I guess you guys who have paid should download as many templates or photos while you are still able to do so.

BREAKING NEWS: You know what? The domain ultravertex.com has EXPIRED on Jan 8, 2004!!  Can you believe this? Their website now points to DotRegistrar's parking page. No wonder they never respond to e-mail, they don't even have time to renew their own domain.

How can you trust them? they used to sell templates from a couple different websites, including liquid2d without permission. They only replied to me when I type in one key word "chargeback".
I just noticed they don't sell templates anymore, and didn't even email me... *sigh that was $99 down the drain.

They still work, and my accout is still availble.

Hello,
I asked ultravertex.com some questions last week but still waiting, waiting and waiting.....zZZZZZZZ may be some experts here can help ultravertex.com to answer my questions:
1. Any there any limit in downloading their photos (e.g. not more than 10 photos per day, etc..)
2. Can I use their photos on web templates and sell the web templates to people?
3. After I download their photos, can I use them after my membership expires?
P.S. It seems that nobody manage ultravertex.com, I may not consider to sign up with them now. I am afraid that it may takes more than a few months to chase them activate my account.
