I have a colocated server there [ on a seperate rack than all their dedicated ones ], and I was just able to get in.
My system definately experienced a *hard* reboot.. meaning the power must have failed & then went back on..
Whatever happended to power redundancy?

Am I glad I decided NOT to try Sagonet. If a support tech hung up on me like that I'd be really p*ssed off and I'd be trying to contact hiss boss.

Well isn't that something I have their web site open in another tab looking thru their dedicated servers thinking of getting one to try them out for a while before using them for colo.
Maybe I won't now.

Dixie, I was thinking of asking about their reseller program. I am sort of looking for something similar to Nocster, but not Nocster, if you know what I mean (I want somebody with a more predicable billing department).
This has put me right off, though.
