Are you looking for colo + bandwidth, or carrier neutral?
If you are looking for carrier neutral, there's numerous places, One Wilshire has some colo, Equinix Pihana, Equinix LAX, Switch and Data.
There are some non-neutral such as LAColo, US Colo, etc. as well.

Actually XO does have a colocation facility about a block away from One Wilshire, its on 7th street to be exact. You can also check on Pajo which is on 600 Wilshire.

AVOID Calpop at all costs.
Do a search on the dedicated server forum for calpop.
To sum up, this is one of the most clueless providers on the planet and the owner lies more than a California Recall Candidate.

Snickn is in One Whilshire with Level 3 connectivity. That place is probably your best bet. They got tons of good connectivity and decent pricing for space.
