their value of the domains is a legal court fee which is contains 4 figure minus sums.

you'd be in trouble if you tried using them, cpanel's taken as a corporate company.

I seriously doubt DarkORB would do anything as it would be selling their product. Unless of course Plesk wanted them.

Oh and cpanel is not a corporate company... DarkORB is the company.

Now will someone that knows something care to comment.

I did not care to hear legal ramifications from a legal expert that we have.

Trademarks are specific to a name. If you change the name then it is trademarkable.

My wife is an attorney so I tend to ask about things such as this frequently.
