Has anyone seen or heard from ADJK Host? They've been down for several hours and I've not been able to contact them via AIM: ADJKSupport for days and days. Also, my support ticket has been unanswered for days...
Just curious if anyone knows what happened to them...

Well, I guess with the sites up and down, no ftp for 6+ hours, and support mysteriously disappearing, it isn't a very good sign...

For me as well....
Did you think your site was down, or were you trying to contact them for other reasons?
The good news is your site seems to be up, I guess it goes without saying that days between a ticket and a response is the bad news.

I've noticed that, too. The sites are usually up...but all my ftp accounts and cPanels are down (I have a small personal reseller account)...There's really no way to contact them except via ticket and email...The ticket hasn't been answered in several days. They haven't been on chat for a long time...which I find strangely weird...Guess I havta drop them a email and ask them if they're finished.

They're back up this morning and I have access to ftp and accounts...Maybe it was a minor prob...

Dear zoobie,
We had some DoS issues and unfortunately we could not avoid downtime.
We were only answering phone calls & sms. All our forces were concentrated in resolving the issue.
Fortunately, everything is back now and the problem has been resolved.
I suggest you to keep our phone number. If you prefer us to call you (emergency request in a situation like this) just give us a beep so we can record the number or send an sms explaining the problem.
