We are looking for colocation( around 15U will upgrade to more in the future) and we want around 20 MBPS or around 50 per meg. How much do you think this will run us for, and what datacenters can offer it?
( we want to spend around $1200 a month or so)

$50/meg will get you cheap but not reliable.

As others have stated, there is no free lunch; if you want cheap bandwidth then you'll probably be on a cogent line or oversubscribed uplink from a 3rd tier player.
